Throughout her career, Karen has held senior HR leadership roles at industry-leading organizations, including Swisslog, Ernst & Young (EY), PwC, Milacron, and Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing. Her expertise spans employee relations, workforce planning, DEI initiatives, succession planning, and compliance. She is known for her ability to drive operational success through data-driven HR strategies and innovative solutions that support business growth.

As an Assistant Director of Talent at EY, Karen provided strategic HR partnership to 39 Partners across multiple states, implementing initiatives that improved engagement, streamlined compliance, and strengthened leadership pipelines. At PwC, she played a pivotal role in developing high-performing HR teams, overseeing talent reviews, succession planning, and diversity initiatives. Her leadership at Milacron included spearheading global HR strategies, standardizing talent management processes, and optimizing a $10M global HR budget.

Karen's earlier tenure at Toyota saw her managing large-scale talent acquisition, succession planning, and diversity programs, contributing to a 61% increase in engagement scores and leading recruitment efforts for over 2,000 employees across North America. Her ability to integrate HR best practices with business strategies has consistently resulted in improved workforce efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced organizational performance.

A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with a minor in Business Administration and Political Science from Jacksonville University.
